New and beginning quilters can learn all about how easy it is to start quilting using Fabric Café's 3-yard quilt patterns and our easy focus, light and dark fabric matching method. You will be creating stunning quilts in no time at all. Learn how to match fabric, how to read a quilt pattern, and how to make your first quilt!
We like to have fun with our quilts at Fabric Cafe. Every month we do a fabric challenge that feature some of our patterns and fabric at the shop. They are great for ideas or useful for some tips and tricks when matching your fabrics and making your quilt!
A great resource for beginning and experienced quilters, our 3-yard quilt method is as easy as 1, 2, 3! We believe complex quilt designs do not have to be complicated to make, nor do we think easy quilts should look simple or boring. Check out our growing 3-yard quilt tutorials where we show you how you can use three 1-yard cuts of fabric to create a lap-sized quilt top that is fast & easy to make. Excellent for beginner quilters and perfect for quilters who love to give as gifts or donate to quilt charity organizations. Find videos on what fabric to use in your quilts, how to choose the right color combinations for your quilts, how to make quick and easy quilt blocks, and more!
We all have our favorite go to patterns that we can make again and again. Maybe that's because they're easy, or feature a large block to show off your favorite fabrics or maybe they incorporate blocks that you love. Whatever the reason, we have several videos where we talk about our favorite go to patterns and why we keep coming back to them over and over. Enjoy!
We share some of our favorite quilts from Fabric Café's 3-yard quilt patterns, and how easy it is to make them with these fast and easy quilt blocks. By using simple blocks in different ways you are able to create a beautiful quilt!
Hannah is back to make her second 3-yard quilt, this time Fran will be guiding her through the Stepping Stones pattern from Fabric Café. This series is perfect for beginners who are wanting to start quilting! Making a quilt can be overwhelming, but we like to make it easy at Fabric Café with our 3-yard quilting method. This series will take you step-by-step through the quilt making process, from cutting your fabrics, organizing pieces, sewing quilt blocks together, choosing and sewing your backing and assembling your finished quilt top. All you need to get started and follow along is three, 1-yard cuts of fabric and a 3-yard quilt pattern from Fabric Café!

✨Café Quilt Stars✨ Today we share three "Enchanting" quilts that you have made! All three are unique and beautifully made 🥰 Read all about our quilters 👇🏼 1️⃣ Crystal used baking panels for her focus squares and three additional fabrics to make this scrumptious and delicious quilt! Love the pastel colors you used along with the black - it really creates a stunning look. It's good enough to eat! 🥰 2️⃣ Ellen used two yummy fabrics to continue the baking trend - she used coffee bean fabric and cornbread fabric to make her quilt! She also added the phrase "Country As..." to the top of her quilt 😅 Love it! The colors work great together and the yellows really pop! 3️⃣ Chadwyck added a fourth fabric in all of her quilt corners making green little diamonds across the quilt top. The color pallete blends beautifully and coordinates so well with your focus floral print. Adding that 4th fabric really makes the greens in the focus pop and brightens the quilt. 🥰
