Hi Everyone! I feel I need to clarify about the cooking course that was launched yesterday. For years I have wanted to make a cook book/master class type cooking series for those who really wanted to learn Chinese cooking. Where I would really go in depth about the ingredients and methods of cooking, things I would usually not do in regular YouTube videos because it would be considered perhaps “boring” or “slow” I also wanted the recipes professionally recreated via text and photos. Last year I met a company that created these types of course professionally so I decided to work with them to create something that went beyond simple YouTube style recipe videos. So we made a course that includes some of my fav recipes filmed and produced professionally in my kitchen that really dove deep into the details of the cooking with complete written instructions, photos and ingredients list. This project took almost a year to complete with 6 people working on it. I did hesitate working on this project because I did not want to create something that I had to charge people for. Because I knew some would think this should be free and I’m greedy for charging for it. But this was an expensive project to create and the company I worked with would only do it if it was a paid course. I went ahead with this project because it’s something I always wanted to create. but in a bid to make this more accessible, I did ask them to set the price to the lowest possible and to offer a complete Money back guarantee, so if anyone thinks the course was not well made and was not worth it, they could get their money back. I understand to some, the price is still too high and I’m sorry about that. But please don’t feel pressured to purchase this course, just something I wanted to create and it may not be suitable for everyone. It was a lot of fun hanging out with you guys :-) Also I would like to apologise to those who were waiting for it to happen at a different time 😞 Honestly I have NO CLUE how the YouTube live stuff works, so I don't even know how after I ended the stream there was a page that was still "waiting" for the stream to happen!
