Logging into your accounts daily is a MAJOR RED FLAG 🚩🚩🚩 It tells me so much about a person. It tells me you probably: - don’t feel in control of your money and often worry about it - don’t have a financial system in place to make managing your money easy - are obsessed with $3 questions instead of asking yourself $30,000 questions When you log into your accounts everyday, you’re playing DEFENSE with your money. Why? Because you’re reacting to your money instead of planning for it. You don’t have a clear understanding of how you can use money to help you. Instead — you’re letting it control you. When you have a proper financial system, there’s no reason to log into your accounts daily. Does this sound like you? Automate your money and you won’t have to waste time checking your accounts daily. Learn how to set up your easy system here: iwt.com/money-yt

You're not throwing money away on rent. Renting - or owning - should be an intentional decision you make. I've chosen to rent for over 15 years and it's been a phenomenal financial and lifestyle decision. Please remember: Most people have conscious and unconscious incentives to get you to conform. They want you to buy because they bought, because that's what they know, and because making alternative life choices makes people uncomfortable. Banks, realtors, and financial companies also want you to buy because they get huge cuts. But YOU decide what's right for you. If you want flexibility, renting might be a better choice. If you want to text your landlord (as I do) and something gets magically repaired 24 hours later, renting might be a better choice. And depending on where you live, you may find that renting is simply a better financial option. On the other hand, buying might be the right decision for you. You may love to repair things...you may love to customize your house...you may want a place of your own to raise children in...it might be a great financial decision...or you may simply decide you just plain want to buy! (By the way, I will buy one day.) I want you to run the numbers and understand all the ramifications of your decision. 👉🏾 Start here with my FREE guide: iwt.com/houseguide-youtube
