This video is about gridding your fabric for a cross stitch project - gridding will make following your pattern much easier, especially for larger or more complex patterns. Gridding will also help to reduce the likelihood of making mistakes as you stitch. ***As I reiterate in the video and the blog post, always double check that the method you're using to grid your fabric can be removed before you start marking up your whole fabric. Please don't use something like a ballpoint pen to mark your fabric, it can't be easily removed and may ruin your finished piece. erase your pencil off of your fabric
