This is really the best sawhorse design ever. If you need a strong foldable sawhorse, this is it. It took me awhile to figure out how to do it WITHOUT the plans but credit to this guy for starting it all:    • Sawhorse "The Ultimate Folding Sawhor...   Although these plans are for sale, really with a little bit of patience, anyone can figure it out. If I were to do it all over again, I'd use lighter wood. I used hard wood and it turned out to be really heavy! Unfortunately pine isn't widely available where I live.
