Is your toilet leaking constantly inside the bowl after flushing? Mine was but the dual flush cistern mechanism is all working correctly so the leak is at the base of the toilet where the cistern unit is attached. This simple to follow tutorial shows you how to remove the Cistern dual flush mechanism and then remove the base unit attachment and washer\gasket and clean it all up and fix it back in and stop the leak. So if your toilet WC is constantly running from the cistern to the bowl or pan it is hopefully easy to fix. The tiniest bit of grit on a rubber washer can make the toilet leak. The culprit for my leaking toilet was the rubber seal underneath and there's a big thread plastic nut that goes up underneath the system that holds that on and gives the cistern a water-tight seal.
