Runway 27 @ TLPC is only used when the winds are from the west...which happened in this video because of a tropical storm passing close enough to the island to change the typical wind patterns. You're coming in at a steep enough angle down the hills that the computer starts complaining about the sink rate :) Timing the approach and flying it is a little tricky, but very fun!
