Add coconut milk depending on your preference. Always taste before adding

I ended up using 3/4 of coconut milk extracted from a single coconut

Mix frequently to avoid burning of coconut milk or curdling

Prepare a hot pan with a thin layer of oil and fry the chicken meat

This technique will lock in the flavors of the sauce inside the meat. Resulting in a much flavorful chicken meat
