- You definitely need an updated version of the game, the patch in November 2015 makes this possible, its not a glitch its a gift from the developers.
- You also need to spare her at the end but you can do this with either a lethal OR non-lethal weapon up to that point. - The cheapest and quickest way seems to be a supply drop of sleeping gas on her head using the method in the vid.
- It seems to take most people 6 or 7 times *in a row*, some have taken a couple more.
- You can save another minute or two by just leaving the hot zone on foot
- You CAN skip the cutscenes
- There may be a couple of other (unconfirmed) conditions e.g.: if you are Demon snake by the time you try it may not work for you, so increase your heroism and revert back to normal Snake.
- Take much cheaper equipment/loadout than demonstrated in this video! Thanks everyone for the amazing comments (mostly polite) as it has cleared up a few conditions on how to get this done, happy to hear greater/finer detail and I'll update this comment.
