How to Remove a Broken off Bolt EVERYTIME!!

First, Grind the Surface Smooth if you can

Center Punch the Bolt Directly in the Center, It's very important to be exact!!

Drill the Bolt all the way through with a Drill bit roughly 1/4 the Diameter of the Bolt Ex: 1/2" Bolt, use a 1/8" bit

Drill the Bolt about Halfway down with a Drill Bit twice the size of the First Bit Ex: 1/8" Hole Use a 1/4" Bit

Clean off the Threads (If you have any) so that you can start a Nut on them.

Screw on a Nut, then back off a Half Turn or so

Take a MIG Welder, and Weld up the Hole, starting as close to the Bottom as you can get, then Weld the Nut onto the Remaining Bolt

After the Bolt Cools, Gently work it back and forth with a Wrench, sometimes the Bolt will be so loose you can just unscrew it.
