This video answers the questions: Can I analyze the mental health and personality characteristics of Richard Ramirez, otherwise known as the “night stalker.” Richard Ramirez was a serial killer who is active in California from June 1984 until August 1985. Ramirez was convicted of 13 murders, however, it’s believed he was responsible for many more.
