Smartsheet demo of Document Builder: how to quickly generate PDF documents using Smartsheet data

The Document Builder capability is available to all licensed Smartsheet users. This is an excellent capability that enables users to quickly create PDF documents using the data from their sheets and can be used in no end of use case where data needs to be presented in a static controlled and elegant way ā€“ for example summarising a project brief following the information having been collected via a form. This can then be circulated to stakeholders and archived as a controlled document. For this demo Iā€™m going to show you a scenario where customers have ordered an item and a paper signature is required, rather than this being done via DocuSign, which I have shown in another demo. UPDATE! The Document Builder used to create the DocuSign can now be set to trigger automatically using an automation - demonstrating that Smartsheet is constantly innovating and improving the user experience.
