Spinelli takes Maxie to the Metrocourt lobby to tell her about Johnny and Olivia. Before he gets the chance Claudia storms in and starts yelling at Olivia about sleeping with Johnny. Maxie overhears and is hurt. She covers in front of Spinelli and tells him she has to work, so he leaves. Maxie goes to Johnny's garage and walks in on the middle of Johnny and Claudia fighting. Johnny notices Maxie and Claudia tells him to sleep with her, just stay away from Olivia. When she leaves Maxie asks why he slept with Olivia because she thought he liked her.
