My humble solo rendition of these two iconic Queen songs. I've tried my best to capture the emotion of Freddie Mercury's vocal and piano performance as well as the incredible feel and power that the great Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon created. Not an easy feat in one unedited linear performance! For all my tone quest friends, here’s the gear I used: 1947 King George Sixpence coin as used by Brian May Ibanez prototype ATZ-100 signature guitar (to be released 2019) Mesa Boogie Lone Star Special head w/ 1x12 Transatlantic cab Mesa Boogie Lone Star 2x12 combo JHS modded Blues Driver Xotic AT BB preamp Strymon Timeline GigRig G2 switching system Both amps on, running in stereo with the Strymon splitting the signal. 2 SM 57s for mic-ing into Neve 1272 mic preamps.
