Pot holders are great scrap busters

Stitch the squares together in each row - 1/4 seam.

Stitch the rows together - 1/4 seam.

Match the seams.

Place 8 1/2 solid square back side down on top of cotton batting

Place pin in the center, and trim the edges to the same size as the 9 patch

Hanging loop fabric: cut 2" x 5 1/2"
