Belle of Georgia Edge to Edge
$15.00
A flowing modern feather design for edge to edge quilting on any quilt. The photograph of the stitched sample shows reversed rows for interest but looks great with an alternate row stagger (as shown in the PDF printable image diagram) or simply stitched in straight rows. My favorite part of these feathers is the addition of the leaves and curls to make feathers anything but traditional. See the diagram photo for the actual repeat. There is a small amount of overstitching in this design around the outer curves of some feather petals. Shown stitched out with Glide thread in the needle, So Fine 50 weight in the bobbin on an APQS Millie 30 with Quiltpath. Digital Download includes:--Printable PDF of the design with spacing information.--the following quilting formats: bqm, dxf, hqf, iqp, dat, plt, qcc, qli, ssd, txt, wmf--the following embroidery formats: dst, exp, hus, jef, pcs, pes, sew, shv, vip, vp3, xxx. Kirigami Quilt PDF Download
$10.00
Kirigami makes your fat quarters sing with shapes that evoke elaborate paper cut snowflake designs. The blocks come together to create a large secondary pattern that makes the most of your favorite prints. Each fat quarter makes two blocks, so you can make this quilt from one of those smaller bundles along with some background fabric. The small 48 x 48 size uses just 8 fat quarters and the large uses 18. This 11 page pattern is labeled as intermediate/advanced as it does require some precision cutting in 1/8" increments. There is also a paper cutting template included in the pattern. If you need help with using paper cutting templates, I have a video on this technique available here: https://tinyorchardquilts.com/products/maltese-cross-block-study Two sizes are included in the pattern--48x48 and 72x72. This is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PDF Pattern. The 11 page pattern includes full color diagrams, color inspiration layouts, tips and tricks, and coloring pages. Want to color your own version?
