Upstairs neighbor "Stomping"

My upstairs neighbors are driving me nuts. If they like to make noise, why the hell would you live in a apartment? I have been living in this McCormack Baron Salazar hellhole for the last 2 years. I am working on moving out, When i come home from school and work these people upstairs who don't work and never leave the apartment. If they do leave it's constant running up and down the steps and back again. Currently as I am typing, they are stomping. I go to hotels just to get away from these fools. They having people coming and going like Wal-Mart. Everyday stomping in heels, walking heavy, kids running, dropping heavy stuff on the floor constantly yelling and screaming. I complained to the leasing office the property manager & staff is very respectful understanding and strict on all property rules she sent them a noise violation. For my safety and son I just stop complaining and the noise got worse and thing started happening, They have a lot of suspicious activity maybe "Drug Activity" Some guy tried breaking in my apartment thinking i wasn't home because i had a rental car weeks later my car was broken into. The police are slow to respond or never show up i have no faith in them they don't care about the citizens safety or our neighborhoods Yes, there are decent people on the police force. But the job of the police is to preserve the status quo , Now these people are ruining my peace I am sick and tired of this crap. I'm trying hard to close a deal on a new construction house.
