I do not like the skin or the core or the brown eyes. If you do, simply cut closer to them when using this method and you can still eat the core separately if you want :) METHOD Step #1 - Using a large sharp knife, cut the top & bottom off the pineapple. Step #2 - Cutting from top to bottom, slice the pineapple into equal-sized quarters. Step #3 - Cut each piece of pineapple in half lengthways. Step #4 - Remove the tough core section from each pineapple piece. Step #5 - Carefully cut the flesh away from the skin & chop into chunks.
