Resep Nasi Goreng Seafood (untuk 2 porsi) Bahan: 2 porsi nasi (400 gr nasi) 2 butir telur 4 bakso ikan, potong 50 gr ayam, potong dadu 6 ekor udang, kupas 3 siung bawang merah, parut 2 siung bawang putih, parut 2 batang daun bawang, potong 1 cabai merah ½ sdm kecap asin 2 sdm kecap ikan 1 sdm kecap manis 1 sdm saus tiram ½ - 1 sdm gula ½ sdt merica Penyedap ½ sdm margarin Minyak untuk menumis Langkah: 1. Panaskan wok dengan api besar, tuang minyak lalu tumis ayam dan udang kemudian aduk dan masukkan bakso ikan masak sebentar lalu sisihkan 2. Gunakan wok yang sama, gunakan api besar dan tuang minyak lalu orak-arik telur hingga kering dan minyak berbuih kemudian masukkan bawang merah dan bawang putih parut lalu tumis hingga wangi 3. Masukkan kecap ikan, bakso ikan, udang, ayam, cabai, dan daun bawang lalu tumis sebentar 4. Masukkan nasi, kecap asin, kecap manis, saus tiram, gula, merica, saus tiram, dan penyedap kemudian aduk hingga rata 5. Masukkan daun bawang bagian hijau dan margarin, aduk rata lalu matikan api 6.
