Learn how to send OBS audio to Zoom or Teams. Use OBS Audio Monitor 0.7.1 plugin and a virtual audio cable. This will solve any audio video sync issue you may have. The Audio Monitor plug in takes the processed audio from OBS and sends it, via virtual audio cable, to your preferred video conferencing platform. If your audio is out of sync you can introduce a sync offset in OBS.
