First things first, Remove all the Rust

For areas with minor or no Rust I sprayed with Rustoleum

Next I used fiberglass resin to fill the holes I wont use

Filled voids with Insulation to even out floor and insulate

Removed the seatbelt ancor and drilled holes for new configuration

Cut off extra metal (every lb counts :)

Cut out the wheel wells forubfloor

I used 1/2 inch formaldehyde free OSB

Offset the cracks for the laminate flooring

Floor in!! Seat belt anchor re-bolted down

Dry fitting the frame for the sofa bed

Pre-drilling to preveni cracks then screwing

Bolted the bed frame to the pre-existing holes in the frame
