This video provides beginners with a slow walkthrough of how to do continental style knitting - both knit and purl stitches - and talks about the challenges of learning this method, especially if you are an English knitter usually.
I start with a demo of the stitches, and then (at around 3:00) I start going through each step slowly in the main lesson.
This is not designed to be a fast tutorial; I've gone through the steps slowly on purpose so that a beginner can hopefully easily follow it. I'm not an expert at it by any means, but I hope I have got the method across...after that, it's all just practice!
Thanks for watching, and I hope this video helps you :)
