This program was created in 2009 by the City of Bellingham to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the massive pipeline explosion that occurred in Bellingham in 1999 and took the lives of three young people in Whatcom Creek Park.This program documents the events leading up to that tragedy and the events that took place in its aftermath.
