#beatlesfest October 17, 2020, Moscow, Russia 🍏🍏🍏 The famous International Beatlesfest was held in Moscow for the fifteenth (!) time and for the first time - on the cult city stage, in the famous Gorbunov House of Culture. Six bands performed on stage for five hours with unique programs: beginners and experienced artists, specially prepared conceptual programs, Beatles costumes, rarely performed live music and a time machine to the 60s. This year Festival was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of John Lennon and to the 60th anniversary of the Fab Four: October 9th Lennon could have turned 80, he also came up with the name "The Beatles", and in March 1960 the group found its first stable line-up (with drummer Pete Best) and on the first tour in Hamburg formed their own unique style. Another reason for the Festival was the 20th anniversary of the Beatles.ru website, under the auspices of which the Beatlesfest takes place from year to year.
