Hey Everyone Reduktion was released on Streaming Platforms and Bandcamp today. In a time of infinite tools and constant input, clarity is hard to come by. Reduktion is a response to that - an intentional step away from abundance. This project was written and produced entirely on a single machine: the Digitakt II. No DAW arrangement, no plugin stacks - just a deliberately limited pool of sculpted sounds. Glitches, textures, single notes, and, in rare moments, fragments of strings or piano. This constraint wasn’t nostalgic - it was structural. No filler. No excess. Just sound, silence, and form. Not minimalism as genre - but reduction as process. I’d love for you to give it a listen. Be safe, keinseier

Dear Listener, this Friday, October 25th, my album „Particles“ will be out on all streaming services and Bandcamp (the Bandcamp release has some extra goodies, but more on that later). The album is made up of ten tracks, all centering around „tiny beats“, made up of clicks, glitches and pops. Some tracks have a more traditional arch, while others take inspiration from more ambient music structures. All in all, ideally it is listened to in one go, as the order was carefully curated. The Bandcamp release has a full bonus track, digital booklet and little technical explanations of how each track was constructed and the main tools used. It is available now as a pre-save on Spotify and iTunes.

So, while unfortunately all the things that I want to do on this channel still aren't happening (due to too many cool projects going on), there is even more stuff happening on my Instagram right now. For the next three days there is a 30k follower Giveaway happening, and all of you are invited, of course (if you aren't already there). Sorry for not delivering here, still absolutely plan on making this happen! Would love to see you over there!

So, since I moved to vertical videos on Instagram, it is now impossible to share the full-length jams here in a format that makes sense for YouTube. To be able to share the music I post on Instagram, I would have to make another video, trying to get a similar performance - but shot horizontically. Which doesn't seem to make sense to me. So I am somewhat realigning the purpose of this channel to turn that dilemma into a positive change, hopefully. I will continue to share those Instagram Reels as Shorts here - but will focus this channel more on tutorials, making-of, behind the scenes stuff etc. Maybe exclusive content (samples, session files etc. might be moved to Patreon (need to learn about that)). But this will take some time, so please bear with me. If you haven‘t connected there yet, you are very welcome on my Insta. Cheers, keinseier

I was going to post the remaining Ambient Sunday continuous cut today, but after a 4 hour render, with 12 seconds to go, it crashed… so - sorry! I‘ll post a quick short in a moment…
